Jeevan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, providing him with a strong combination of academic knowledge and practical industry expertise. Throughout his career, he has worked across a diverse range of financial sectors, giving him a comprehensive understanding of credit policy, lending structures, financial analysis, and customer relationship management.
Recognised for his outstanding performance, Jeevan has received multiple industry awards for excellence in lending and customer service. His extensive experience enables him to assist clients with a broad range of lending needs, including first home purchases, refinancing, property investment, construction lending, self-employed lending, commercial finance, SMSF lending, and complex lending scenarios.
Jeevan is known for his genuine, client-first approach and his ability to simplify even the most complex lending situations. Lakshika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Postgraduate Executive Diploma in Bank Management. She has also completed several professional banking and accounting qualifications, further strengthening her expertise in financial management, credit processes, and banking operations.
With a strong background in both retail and operational banking, Lakshika has built a reputation for her exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex lending processes with accuracy and efficiency.
